Official Service Terms, Measurement Fit Guarantee, and Client Portal Guidelines.
1. Scope of Measurement & CAD Blueprint Services
Go2Measure provides high-density point digital field measurements, manufacturing-ready 2D/3D vector CAD blueprints (DXF/DWG formats), dimensioned PDF engineering drawings, and job site photo documentation for swimming pool vinyl liners and safety covers.
2. 100% Fit Guarantee & Field Verification
Go2Measure guarantees the accuracy of digital field surveys completed by our certified measurement technicians. In the rare event of a verified measurement discrepancy affecting liner or safety cover fitment, Go2Measure will immediately conduct a priority re-verification on site at zero additional cost to the client.
3. Site Access & Preparation Requirements
The client or ordering contractor agrees to ensure clear, safe, and unobstructed access to the job site address during the scheduled appointment window. Pools must be drained or cleared sufficiently to permit accurate perimeter coping and elevation point capture.
4. Billing, QuickBooks Profiles & Payment Terms
By registering a new customer profile, clients authorize Go2Measure to establish an official billing account in QuickBooks. Services are invoiced per completed order based on selected tier pricing (Starter, Duo, Commercial). Payment terms are governed by your account profile agreement or distributor branch authorization.
5. Client Portal & Deliverables License
Digital deliverables are uploaded to the secure FileMaker WebDirect Client Portal upon completion (standard 24 to 72-hour turnaround). Delivered CAD vector files and PDF engineering sheets remain licensed to the client for manufacturing, ordering, and installation purposes.
